DO NOT EAT HERE!!! There is a reason why there weren't people going to this place and it's not because it is beside Tim Ho Wan. Because it is not a good place to eat! 1. Aircon was dead and dripping. 2. Menu was in tatters just like the rest of the place. 3. Crew was untrained and nowhere to be found. 4. Food was dry and not cooked well. I hate to say it but this branch managed to f@$k up very basic stuff on their menu. How the heck do you go wrong with Gyudon??? I had eaten gyudon from their other branches and it was good! I don't usually ask anyone to fix anyone to food that has been served because that is just asking for the crew to mess with your food. But i had to ask the server why my gyudon was dry and she told me that i could put soysauce from the bottle! Seriously!? Come on! It's like they paper toweled the damned thing and served it on cold rice! No moisture left! You know when you order take out to eat at the office but you got stuck at meetings and just took food home, stick it inside the fridge and nuke it the following morning? That's how bad it was. The chicken gyudon atleast had some moisture underneath but the egg on top was as dry as a desert! Iced tea was like was just as bland, like the party has been going on for a couple of hours and it's just latak left. Croquettes were usually balm but it was like it came from the freezer and immediately deep fried. The outside was crispy which gave me hope but was later disappointed me when the center was like watery mashed potato. Do you guys just microwave your food coz that's the quality of food that was served. This is a branch I will not comeback to. If you have tasted their food from the highstreet or megamall branch. You will have the same reaction. It was good when the ordeal was over. The greatest thing was the breeze outside. Eat somewhere else just not here.

The audacity to ask for a 10% service charge with what could I say the worst customer service in a restaurant I have encountered in Metro Manila. You can hear employees singing and wirh earphones on. There's nothing good with the food. Never ever order that chicken karaage as you would find street fishballs less oily.

My first experience in this branch was nice. Very attentive staff and manager. Food is ok. I finished a bowl of Niku Fuji soba and I am really full. Nothing extra ordinary with their fish tempura. Poor airconditioning. Overall, it was just ok.

The Karaage, Kakiage Vegetable Udon and Tempura dishes were just bland-tasting. Hot and hefty soup serving though. Interesting interiors reflective of the rich Japanese culture. Affordable price for the hefty serving. Nice and attentive staff.
