I politely asked for water, but the waitress just looked at me. The restaurant itself was open and the food was decent. I ordered bibimbap and they also had sides like kimchi and sweet beans.
If you enjoy watching Korean dramas and dining al fresco, this is the place for you. While the prices are on the higher side (probably due to the location), the food is delicious. I highly recommend trying their fried chicken.
For the place we find their price expensive. eating is ok, but can be compared with other restaurants with a better ambiente. we thought they could offer value for money, out there restaurants. I hope they could adjust their prices.
Positiw: -generelle portions, except for the ground beef on the bibimbab. I barely noticed her on my bowl. -tastie, authentic Korean cuisine -healthy eating -behaviolent consensus: - find it a bit difficult to use the hops on their bibimbab, as the rice was not sticky enough. I think they only used commercial rice. eating here on a summer day/night seems to be a bad idea. but if they don't make up the humidity, that's the right place for them. - the restroom is right in front of a table you don't want to sit there.
I was craving some hot and spicy soup while in the neighborhood, so I decided to try Seoul Express as the Japanese restaurant at the Fort Strip was closed. Unfortunately, my experience started off poorly when the waitress giggled with her coworkers after I asked for the menu, making me feel uncomfortable. I ordered the seafood soup, but was disappointed with what I received. The broth lacked flavor, the seafood consisted of only a few mussels and a small piece of crab that was difficult to extract meat from. There were hardly any vegetables, just a few pieces of carrots and onion, and the noodles were instant. I could have bought cup noodles from Seven 11 and saved money. I recommend skipping Seoul Express and walking a few extra minutes to try one of the other restaurants nearby.
