Tempura Japanese Grill - Pasay

Food: my last visit here was back in 2014 and did not visit afterwards. I had expected to enjoy her eating, but nothing very special with her doing here: Pre-covid. as far as I can remember, it was time for dinner when we visited here and there was only 1 table with a customer. Tables are limited price: average to high ps. the photo was taken last year.

Eating is good, serving is very generous. the service is not very accentuated than other Japanese restaurants. some crews ignored us and simply used hand gestures to communicate with us. we were happy that eating was good and we were very full of the only part we saw was the service.

August promo buy 1 at regular price buy another for only 17 pesos Quantity : Each bowl is a light to medium meal for 1 Quality Taste : If you eat just the meat of the gyudon, it will be a bit too sweet. Eating it with rice will improve the taste. The meat is tasty but a bit tough. The buta had mild flavors. The pork seemed fresh with no unpleasant aftertaste. Thankfully, the bell pepper flavor was negligible. The meat portions though were predominantly more fat than lean meat. Super slow service. I'm so hungry but my food is not served on time. I askee for water they forget my request. And there's no receptionist on the front desk.

Ambience: clean yet warm resto. There was a couple of electric fan to help bring down the temperature. But doesnt seem to be effective. It was uncomfortably warm so I had to use their laminated menu as a fan Food: decent. Its not like you'd be wow'd with the taste. We ordered a nanlalaban sa kunat na yakitori, acceptable miso soup, so-so maki and sushi, well seasoned gyudon and tonkatsu Service: one of the worst Ive been. When i order from their unlimited menu, it takes 7-12mins before they serve it. They say its made to order. So yeah, seems they need to cook the rice first as it took them 10mins to serve it.
