It's like an up scale carinderia. It is located inside Metrowalk compound. The area they occupy is relatively sizable. There were a number of customers too. The staff was uncoordinated. I have 3 proofs based on my recent experience. 1. The first cashier could't punch my order because she couldn't find it in the POS. 2. The second cashier was shouting my orders while I tell her and she forgot to give me the complete change. 3. They served me my dessert first. The entree followed 5 minutes after. On food, I did really enjoy flavor rich Chicken Inasal most especially when paired with their three kinds of sauces. They weren't your usual dips. It was a good variety of salty sweet, sour and sour spice. The vegetable was greasy and salty. It was also served really sloppy. Good thing this was just less than Php 50.... read more
Yoo hoo is the go to place of people on budget whenever in metrowalk. For less than 200 pesos you'll be full however the taste of their grilled food is no that special but is acceptable. i like their roast chicken and bbq. so if you are in metrowalk and is on tight budget yoo hoo is your place :)
24HRS BBQ! This won't be a pure food review. So let's say the scenario is: You are coming from a party / club / bar at 4am and you really don't feel like going home, or can't stand the idea of ending your buzz by grabbing some chow at a 24hrs convenience store - then Yoo-Hoo's won't fail you! We've been here quite a few times. May it be out of convenience or to find a middle ground (budget wise) with local friends. For those who complain about the self-service style.... try their bar upstairs! BBQ Prices won't change if you order it through the crew, and the service crew is always friendly (provided you treat them right of course). Their BBQ is a bit on the overcooked side, but the chicken is good and the drinks are cheap! If you find yourself closing down Gerry's, Gilligans & Co. and you still want to chill with your Barkadas while being on a budget... then this is definitely a good place for it. Note for smokers: Yep smoking allowed! If you can't find... read more
Went here for a quick dinner with my friend. The price is reasonable for the ambiance. The chicken and liempo is just ok, nothing special. They usually serves grilled food and some home made filipino dishes. I didnt like the cockroaches walking around but im not surprised by it because of how open it is.
You get to be with all walks of life when you dine here, but it shouldn't matter as the food here is simple, grilled, and tastes really good. Price is affordable and what I like about it the most is that it is available for 24 hours when most places are already closed.
