Pizza Hut - Paso Robles

I am a disabled veteran with a service dog and was harassed by the franchise owner when I legally brought my service dog to his FILTHY restaurant. He deliberately broke the federal ADA/Service animal right and pushed me to the point where my medical condition appeared and I needed medical help. I ordered my pizza. After persistent harassment and abuse of him, I demanded a refund for my order and he refused to return my money. Then he called the cops to me and constantly harassed me and evaluated me while I was medically observing, despite the fact that he broke federal laws knowingly and willingly. I even have paperwork from the Ministry of Justice that he broke laws when he challenged me after I had already told him that my dog was a service dog, harassed me because I brought my service dog legally into his dirty restaurant, and then continue to harass and advise me while I needed medical attention. He also refused to give me a refund and when the ambulance finally came there, he sent me to the ambulance with a half cooked, inedible pizza. I got pictures of the pizza when I came to the emergency room and calmed down. As soon as I started feeling better out of the flare of my condition, I had no appetite, but that was not really important because of the semi-cooked, inedible pizza that Jackass sent me to the ambulance. He is easily the most creepy, most hating, most dishonest person I ever had the innocence of interaction. He has the hardest case of God's complex and arrogance I've ever seen. I would advise to avoid this dirty restaurant with such a creepy owner and staff. I can understand that he would not know that I was a disabled veteran because I am sure he did not see the signs (deactivated veteran plates) on my truck and I did not show anything loud that I am a disabled veteran. What I can't understand is how a franchise owner would be so stupid or stupid, not to know the laws that govern a company, or to just knowingly and willingly and unbearably break these laws and try to harm a disabled person the way he has done me. Especially since the vest of my dog had written quite boldly on it “SERVICE DOG.” This is a venerable, disgusting business led by someone who clearly wishes he was Hitler or Stalin. I'm really sorry his kids have to hang with such a monster. The DOJ refined this craps bag and let him look for service-dog training for his employees and not himself, the guilty party who, knowingly and deliberately, violated federal ADA/service-dog laws and tried to kill me by fleeing my condition upwards.
