Black cat bistro is out of operation! how could they confirm reservations for a closed business?!
The place is closed. I notice that the things are happening, but we should have been notified that were closed for the business.

Restaurant in Paso Robles was CLOSED and LOCKED even though it took our reservation confirmed it!
The restaurant was closed! We were surprised to find that despite booking a reservation through OpenTable, the restaurant was closed with no staff present.
