Contribuisci feedbackI love my hometown, but the customer service at this restaurant is really lacking. Maybe they should consider hiring some friendlier staff!
I was extremely disappointed with the service at this restaurant. I ordered a large blizzard to share with my nephews and as I was enjoying it, I noticed that the bottom half was mostly just ice cream. When I asked the employee about it, they simply replied that's just how it mixes. I requested for more toppings to balance it out, but was told that since I had already eaten some, nothing could be done. This response didn't make sense to me as how else would I have reached the bottom half with only ice cream? In the future, I will either go elsewhere or simply buy a tub of ice cream from the store. It would be more cost-effective and I wouldn't have to deal with unresponsive employees.
I really enjoyed my blizzard, it was excellent, and the root beer freeze was perfectly made.
Got the malt and shake mixed up, no lids on the shake and malt. French fries were full of grease and not cooked/fried. Better than half raw. Service was extremely slow. But the price was high.
Ok saw the add on tv and as usual it's never as good as it looks. What it looks like a large order of fries, I got 11 total fries and 2 onion rings, 2 slices of bread and 6 strips. In my box. Honestly the chicken was good but super dissatisfying and disappointing to pay $47.83 (for 3 6 piece boxes) for 2 small blitz's in total we combined received 41 French Fries 10 Onion rings and 18 chicken tenders. The display shows 16 fries and 5 onion rings 4 tenders with the one box, So if you are hungry go someplace else. Or just order the shake. facebook.com/10006369132…
