Maverick Cadillac Ranch - Payson

I worked the street and gave this place just an attempt because it was close and I love BBQ. Got the chicken wings and ribs. There was meat from the bone on both! Wings were crispy and the hot wing sauce was delicious. Ribs were perfectly cooked and had great taste when it came into the sauce. None of the foods were also overwhelmingly smokey. Can't wait to eat there again!

Delicious ribs, with or without sauce. Also the smoked chicken wings for an appetizer. Yummy sides... Mac and cheese were particularly good.

Loved all smoked meats are made in its own smoker, three types of BBQ sauce and very reasonable called martini. Quiet, more people need to try.
