Contribuisci feedbackI have never encountered a more disorganized restaurant. They lost our orders, delivered the wrong ones, and the wait times were significantly longer than what we were told. I strongly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
Awful service. I will never eat or spend money at this store. Quoted one price and after saying I would pick it up, the price changed again. There is a commercial on every channel. Still would not honor it. Save your hard earn money and go to acompetitor. You’ll thank me later.
There is no justification for the poor customer service I experienced. I called to cancel my order after the tracker indicated that the pizza would take TWO HOURS to arrive, so I decided to order from somewhere else. However, the person who answered assured me it would be delivered in no more than thirty minutes. When 40 minutes had passed, I called again to try to cancel, but as soon as I mentioned my name, I was told it was on its way. Now, over an hour has gone by and my kids are hungry. At the very least, I should not have been given false information. I simply wanted to cancel my order, but I was repeatedly told it was on the way, and it still hasn’t arrived. My calls to the restaurant are now going unanswered. This whole experience has been completely disrespectful and inconsiderate for no reason.
This used to be my go-to pizza place in the neighborhood, but they are incredibly short staffed and overclocked. Don't bother ordering delivery from here. If you order carry-out, make sure you have an hour until you actually want the pizza. Heck, justforget the whole thing and order from Dagwood's across the street. They are much faster and local.
I ordered delivery from Papa John's, and it seems they use DoorDash as their delivery service. The DoorDash driver had the audacity to bring me my order without the pizza, only delivering garlic knots and claiming it was a LARGE pizza. When I questioned him, he avoided giving a straight answer and told me to call Papa John's instead. I contacted Papa John's, and they said the driver had picked up my order. I requested a refund because not only did I only receive half of my order, but the garlic knots were overcooked. They informed me that to get a refund, I need to call DoorDash, but now DoorDash is saying I need to reach out to Papa John's. This is absolutely ridiculous!
