The food was quite delicious, earning a solid rating of 4 out of 5. However, the service did not meet my expectations, coming in at just 2 out of 5. The atmosphere was disappointing, scoring a low 1 out of 5, which affected the overall dining experience. While the quality of the food was a highlight, the service and ambiance left much to be desired.

Someone obviously hates their job and isn't concerned about the reputation of the company. I find it sad u would rather use the time to mess up orders and not just go find a job u like. I drove 20 min to pick my order up and 20 min back home. I should of checked but I had a kid who was not very happy so that was out of the question. I spent 30 some dollars and the only thing from the order that wasn't trashed was the baked potato. I had 2 Jr bacon and neither had bacon. 2 Jr bacon, no bacon!! Another burger had every single thing I requested to be left off on the burger! How does that even happen to mess up a single person's order so badly?
