Starbucks - Pell City

Definitely not the best experiences so far at this location. Typically I prefer to do a mobile order and just run through the line because it's quicker. But most of the time the coffee really just isn't made right. I never have issues when I go to my other usual location, but this one always makes my coffee very different every time. Either way too sweet, or way too bitter, or the coffee just tastes like it's been sitting for hours. And every time I've went inside, I get

Staff has been friendly to me every time I have been. My mocha frappuccino extra mocha is always good and my chocolate croissants ?? Wait time is a bit long but no complaints from me ??

Went through the drive thru to grab an evening coffee. Was a little worried after reading some of the reviews. The young lady was extremely pleasant that took my order. My coffee was spot on. Absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the kids outside doing a group tik tik dance. Nice atmosphere, friendly people, and coffee was great. Really like the new location.

Went thru the drive thru today and the Barista who also shares my name Kendall needs a raise. Her charismatic attitude is the best!

Found plastic wrapper IN my drink. Spoke to Amanda and she asked me what I want her to do. I dont want a replacement because let 's be honest, I won 't be back to Pell City Starbucks. The window has painted Please leave us a 5?? review on google. GIVE FIVE STAR SERVICE INSTEAD OF PLASTIC IN PEOPLES DRINK. ????????????
