Waffle House - Pell City

If you have an experience like the one I had today, you really should share it. Great service often goes unnoticed, but not in my case. Here’s my experience: I arrived a little after midnight on Thursday, and our server, Diana, was absolutely fantastic! The two male chefs did an excellent job handling our order for five people, though I didn't catch their names. Everything came out just as we ordered, and nothing needed to be sent back. This was one of the best experiences I've had at Waffle House in a while. Our food was on the table in about seven minutes! If I lived closer, I would definitely come here more often. Truly excellent!

I would give Waffle House four stars. I ordered my favorite, the Bacon Hash Brown Bowl, and I love mixing everything together! My friend opted for eggs with bacon and hash browns, which were cooked perfectly with a nice runny yolk. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well. A wonderful way to start the morning!

We sat at two different tables, and our waitress, who was quite new, was outstanding. She really knew what she was doing. Everyone enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning.

The service was great. The food was good. You could clean the counter a little faster if the customer leaves. They were left five minutes after my meal.

Breakfast was great! To the point I did not take pictures LOL! Lisa who was a server, was a professional and courteous person. Whenever I'm in Pell City Alabama, I would visit again to waffle House.
