La Trattoria Italiana - Pender Harbour

We were heading south from Earl's Cove around 20:00, hungry and tired after a long day of touring.

We had a wonderful meal tonight at this whimsical location ; a bit of paradise you should not miss!! We will definitely be back!!

This place used to be good Now it's not ! Wait staff was good but food was terrible Skip it !

What a cute place and the food was fantastic. It’s a farm to table restaurant. The food is incredible. We ordered the wild boar and the special seafood pasta and both were excellent! It was the best food we’ve had so far. The staff were super friendly as well! I’d highly recommend this place.

This restaurant exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend trying the appetizer with wild boar prosciutto if it's available. The seafood in my pasta was incredibly fresh and the wild boar tenderloin in my partner's dish was perfectly charred and smoky. The accompaniments, including the creamy wild mushrooms, were all superb. The house red wine was of great quality and the panna cotta dessert and deconstructed cheesecake were a light and satisfying end to the meal. Despite having a full three-course meal with additional sides and wine, we didn't feel overly full or sick. The atmosphere and service were also fantastic. Definitely worth every penny.
