Mario's - Pendle

Small place and when we visited it was extremely busy with large groups celebrating events. We booked for 7.30 but it was well after 8pm when we were seated at our table. We were placed in the bar area until a table came free and our order was taken while we waited.. Given the noise it was difficult to have a conversation until after the large groups left. The food was really nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definately visit again

Excellent service, great food and wine and a fantastic atmosphere. Loved it here . Mario is a fabulous host and makes everyone feel welcome. Visiting the area from Australia and can not recommend this restaurant highly enough

Went purely by chance after picking something up from Barnoldswick last night, we didn’t have a reservation but Mario found us a table. The restaurant, food, atmosphere and all the staff and owner Mario was excellent. We had pizza and fries and they were great. It looked busy but Mario said it was actually quiet, so obviously you’re doing everything right so keep it up and if we’re in the area again we will definitely be back. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Thanks everyone

Recently moved to the area and had Mario 's once or twice but today ordered for other family members that were visiting and can 't say anything but thank you to Mario and staff for the quality food. We all had different mains and they were brilliant and helped to finished off a great weekend We are just 'around the corner ' and to say we will 'be back ' is an understament moving forward. We have been going to Marios for 20+years and the food just gets better and better… the service and atmosphere of the restaurant is 5 stars. We love the place. Excellent service, excellent food and very welcoming..
