Aladdin's - Perth Kinross

The service was terrible - does anyone here speak English? The food was cold and we had to wait over 1 hour, even though we were told it would only be 30 minutes. And to top it off, they refused to give us a refund!

I ordered takeout and after waiting an hour, I called to inquire about the status of my order. I was informed that it would be another 45 minutes to an hour. When you're hungry, waiting two hours better be worth it!

Great food very busy so you may have to wait for your food but it is well worth it chilli korma is worth a try

We have always been loyal customers of Aladdin's takeaway and have never had any issues with their delivery or food quality. Unfortunately, our recent experience was quite disappointing. On a Saturday night, we placed an order and were informed that it would take 45 minutes to an hour for delivery. After waiting for an hour and a half, the food finally arrived but we discovered that some items were missing. When we called Aladdin's to request a refund for the missing food, we were met with a rude and unprofessional response. The person on the phone complained about our address being only 2 miles away from the restaurant and advised us not to order from them again after spending over £30. The conversation was frustrating as the person did not allow us to talk and maintained a hostile tone throughout. Their lack of customer service was extremely disappointing and as a result, we have decided to take our business elsewhere.

By far the best value carry out in terms of quality and quantity. Mega helpings, always ready when you go to pick up your order!! They forgot part of my order one night. Called up and they delivered it to luncarty for me!!
