Hyatt Regency Perth

It was a terrible experience for my dinner on 29th at the outside seating around the bar table. Staff were neglecting incoming customers and leave us sitting for more than 10 mins. They were just trying to avoid serving us but pass to some junior staff to help us out. We even went out to the cashier and pay the bill as we know they would definitely not helping us. They even kept us waiting at the bar table for over 5 mins without helping us the bill. Thats terrible for a 5-star hotel service, very disappointing.

We were met by very friendly staff who took us to a table that we funnily enough had at our Christmas lunch. Very punctually we were given the wine list and served drinks. I chose the buffet and had the roast pork which was superb with heaps of crackling. Lots of variations of vegetable dishes to accompany it. The desert was made up of ice cream and an assortment of small delicious chocolate puddings. Great atmosphere and great service. Really enjoyed our dinner.

Being a allergic to seafood ,I did not find a very large variety of food for my entree or main you seem to only concentrate on lots of different varieties for desert. Where are the vegetable options for vegetarians, and only offering one roast meat with limited vegetables. Staff never came back to ask if I would like another wine or beer. We had to stop a waitress and ask for more water and go take away our plates. There should be a different area to sit couples away from children. Children running around and playing in the floor. I was disappointed. This was meant to be a romantic dinner for two To celebrate our wedding anniversary and birthdays.

This was exceptional value for money. Three of us went for a catch up lunch and we were all impressed. Lovely choice of seafood, cold meats, cheeses, salads and lovely hot selection of food. Love the way they did tempura fish and chips. Desserts just fabulous. No where else in Perth comes close as far as Brûlée and variety of other delicacies. Service a bit slow initially as far as bringing water etc. But a lovely young girl who helped us with our dessert selection. We have been there numerous times and keep coming back. We will be back again. Our English friend asked to go there again and was delighted it was still as great as in 2017.

I booked for my wedding anniversary, The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was fantastic,will definitely go back again.Highly recommend. Thanks.
