The Hokkien mee and char kweh tiew were decent, although they lacked certain elements like pork lard in the Hokkien mee. The Orange Honey Chicken was alright, with some flavors present but could be improved. Unfortunately, the kungo po beef was lacking in flavor. The cendol was delicious, with a good portion size. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience. The food and portion sizes were satisfying, and the service was adequate.
The restaurant is clean, with floors, tables, and chairs all well-maintained. The menus are presented nicely on each table. The service is friendly and efficient, with hardworking waitresses. The food offers a good variety, and dishes like Nasi Lemak, Hokkien noodles, chicken curry, and char kueyteow were all tasty. The mamak mee goreng was not up to par, however. The portion sizes were decent but could be a bit larger. The ice kachang and chendol were refreshing, especially on a hot day. I plan to return to try more dishes from their menu. They are a branch of Malaysian Delight on Manning Road, but the service is quicker here. Overall, a good dining experience.
A table for 16 people booked. all sorted. then 10 minutes later I got an rude call from a lady. we say we have to spend at least $20 per person or they won't take us. very friendly service. hahaha, I told them we'd rather not go.
Good eating, a lot of things to choose on the menu and they have beautiful staff.
