The pork bibimbap to take away came with a couple of sauces and a miso soup and it was delicious. Although I didn't have to wait long for my meal it gave me enough time to wish I'd tried some of the other dishes on offer. Will definitely be back for more.
The food served is very good value for money. They have lunch specials that are reasonably priced and lots to choose from. Situated in convenient food court with plenty of space.
The spicy pork bulgogi bento ($9.90) was a good sized portion and consisted of a spring roll, tempura prawn, pickles, seaweed salad along with rice and spicy pork. Also includes a bowl of miso soup. Cheap and tasty.
Decided to finally try this place during a busy work lunch day. They cook quite fast and the price is standard foodcourt prices. I ordered the beef bento set - presented very nicely and unique I'd say. There's a good variety of items here - tempura prawn, fish cake, picked ginger, seaweed, spring roll and bulgogi beef on a bed of rice. The beef was flavoursome and charred well, all the others were ok too. But what I liked was the seaweed sesame seasoning on the rice - added that extra zing to the dish.
Had the japchae with mushrooms and added a bit of hot chilli sauce, came to $12 with a drink. I was very happy, good cheap option for lunch and will be back for more. The food court is good, gets busy. The lunch specials look like a great option for 8-9 bucks ????
