The Lucky Shag Waterfront Bar - Perth

Had some casual drinks and food at Aqua Bar on Sunday afternoon. Relaxing atmosphere and wicked views from the balcony seating area. The staff are very attentive filling up drinks, offering further orders and taking plates. The food menu is great for sharing. The food and drinks were devine!!! Definitely worth a visit.

On the first stage at the bell tower jet is a beautiful point of view to drink drinks and overlook the swan river. Surprisingly, it is quieter than the pub below, which is a good thing when they are after a little more premium. the prizes are a bit more on the high page beer like pints, but served as a schioner. but I liked their selection of house invented cocktails.

On our way to home from lunch in the halo restaurant we spied the aqua bar and climbed the stairs to have a quick look. that was amazing so that we stopped for a drink to the afternoon, enjoy the sun and the magic vista. my choice was a glass of the château fontarèche tradition cuvee – a pretty salmon-coloured rosé, hauch from strawberries on the palate and lingering dry finish – just as I may be my rosé! while my daughter chose the andre delorme nw blanc de blanc from burgund frankreich, this sparkling delicious tiny bubbles, fresh fruit aromas on the palate and a beautiful dry surface.

Great spot for a drink, beautiful views of the swan river with a calmer vibe than lucky shag downstairs. Good table service and staff who explain the menu to you. Charcuterie board is delicious and polenta chips amazing.

This bar is located within few kilometers from my hotel, providing a chic lounge bar and outdoor seating with a panoramic view of swan river. Offers tempting tapas, wines and cocktails. One can enjoy sophisticated surrounds and superb scenery. Even though this is must visit bar for its beauty of outdoor seating arrangements, the service was quite lethargic, server took appropriately 45 mins to serve cocktails and the food.. I will recommend this place only for its location and a view.
