Little Caesars Pizza - Petersburg

If I could give zero stars, I definitely would! The service we received tonight was absolutely terrible. We used to order from this location regularly, but after this experience, we will never return. My husband had to wait over an hour after the pizza was supposed to be ready. They assured him they would bring it out when it was ready, but they didn’t, forcing him to wait in the long drive-thru line again. The lobby doors were locked, and no one would answer the phone. They even refused to issue a refund. Never again!

I tried calling the restaurant to speak with management, but unsurprisingly, no one answered since they don't tend to pick up the phone during the evenings. This experience has definitely deterred me from returning; I've had enough. There's a paper trail left by the person who did this, and I plan to take legal action. Lyft has already provided me with the driver's information and the details of the person who ordered the ride. Additionally, management from Boil Bay is supposed to get back to me tomorrow to confirm information about that purchase. This situation is unbelievable, disheartening, and extremely unprofessional. Is this really the kind of staff you have in this establishment? I urge people to be cautious when considering a visit here!

I'm not sure what has happened to this restaurant. Either the corporate team has changed the crust recipe or something isn’t right. This place has been a reliable go-to for quick pizza for years, but my last two orders have been disappointing! The crust was completely flat, soggy, and lacked flavor.

Little caesars made an excellent comeback during the covid. I now enjoy their thin crust pizza and the most best pizza. the personal is kind again as at the time when you got pizza in a big box. good job that gets itself again.

Went thru the drive thru to get 2 Supreme pizzas and crazy bread. Had a long wait to get to the speaker to order. When I get to the pay window in told to pull up to wait because they had to make the pizzas. I waited 30 minutes for the pizzas. When I got home the pizzas were cold. The crust was hard and the toppings didn't start until 3 full inches from the edge of the crust. The pizzas also were not cut all the way thru so i had to recut them.The crazy bread was hot and tasted good. I wouldn't go back here again. I just wasnt happy with the wait time or the quality of the pizza.
