Arby's - Pflugerville

The food was excellent; I ordered the beef and cheddar meals, and the fries were hot and crispy. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Do NOT go here. I waited 20 minutes to order in the drive thru. The lady says sorry there's only 2 people working right now. I get up to the window and wait another 10 minutes. Now she says she's the only person working and that she dropped mymozzarella sticks so it'll be another 3 minute. She made me pull forward so she could bring it out to me, even though she's theonly person working...?? I wait another 10 minutes to get their poorly made, over priced food rudely served to me. I will nevergo there again

The brisket sandwich was really disappointing. It tasted old and dried out, and I definitely won't be ordering it again. Considering the price, the quality was unacceptable.

I ordered the new wagyu beef burger, but unfortunately, it was overcooked. I sent it back, and they kindly prepared another one for me, but it had the same issue. This is the only item I've ever tried at Arby's that I didn't enjoy, which is disappointing. However, I want to note that it might just be a local problem at this location, and I hope it can be easily fixed.

Here I am, hours posted on the door say drive-thru and dine in open 10am-10pm. It's 11am, and the building is empty they are closed. Super frustrating to find them closed, no signs on the door explaining, when I'm craving an Arby's roast beef. Canabsolutely be assured that I will not return to this location.
