Chick-fil-a - Pflugerville

This cashier Khia has given me an order and expects us to wait 30 minutes without mentioning that this order is for lunch. I made an order by 10:11 expected it to take up 10 minutes. Asked twice about my order until she mentions “casually” that lunch did not begin until 10:30. No apology, nothing of this interaction. “My pleasure” lol, honestly you don’t know where they get these kids

I usually have no problems with this place, but today I ordered a sandwich and came home to realize that there was no chicken in the sandwich?

Today I ordered some food with the app, which I did a few times before without problems. Today was not the case. As soon as I arrived, they started my job because I got my reception by email. 34 minutes later no food. There was also a group of people waiting for it, but those who came to the restaurant and ordered them personally got their food. A woman who was before me had waited for almost 40 minutes. I had to go back to work and ask for a refund. I was told they were working on my order because they waited for Nuggets. I almost threw the taste out of my mouth for this lie, because 3 of the orders I observed had nuggets and one was nothing else. So you served people come and order in person first or drive thru, but with the app this changes from Fast Food to a regular seat restaurant.

Always super busy. It's like it's the only one. The ride through is secured to the road and the inner line starts at the door. My kids love it so I can tolerate the line. Waited about 30 minutes to order and then get our food. It is always good and the staff is friendly and helpful. Food: 5/5

SLOWEST STORE I'VE EVER EATEN AT!!! Consistently run entirely by teenagers with 0 sense of urgency. Steer clear of this place if you're actually hungry. Both drive thru lines open and still spent 35 minutes in line......
