Contribuisci feedbackI have actually added an evaluation last month, but my phone was stolen before I published it, but anyway this IHOP got much better and last month was no curse Rosa J not disappointed about food was on time as we wanted... We definitely come here more often, although the Omelette and Pancake game was always strong, but the service was the problem before the pandemic, but everything is now good in my opinion and gets my stamp of approval?!!!
Luna was great. So busy, but she always smiled and helpful with my older parents. Love it! Thank you Luna!
Don't go on weekends. In the week there is a server that we usually get called Brandi and it is great. She remembers what we regularly order and chat with us. But the weekend Brandi doesn't work. The manager, Millie, should be sitting diner, but she's too distracted to do that so that people wait forever. Manager Millie is rude, angry and never smiles. Your standard greeting is How many? And that's all you get. Millie has to be fired and Brandi promoted for managers. Brandi is personal and efficient.
Was not here in a LONG time, but had a nice late breakfast. large blueberries pancakes with my egg meal. I would have made my eggs a little less watery, but I would have liked it. Mille gave excellent service, very fast, attentive and super nice
I've had good experiences at this location when it comes to service and food quality. The only reason I can't give 4 or 5 stars is because of what I witnessed from whom I believe to be the manager.I was sitting waiting on my to go order and the manager started scolding two employees working the front desk. She was not private about it and everyone in the waiting area heard her. She literally snapped her fingers at them. A few minutes later she came back and scolded them again. Her tone, words, and demeanor were extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Even if these employees needed to be corrected, this is not the way to go about it. I was embarrassed for them. I looked for the manager's name tag but I couldn't read it because it was faded out. I hope those employees know that that's not how they should be treated by a manager and find employment elsewhere. I left feeling disgusted by what I had witnessed. Not sure I'll return to this location.
