Ixtapa Mexican - Philomath

Service was great. I couldn't really see my food as it was too dark to even read the menu correctly. I had to use the lights that was coming in from outside to read it. The flour tortillas were kinda over cooked and a little oily. I have eaten at several ixtapas and this one kinda ranks at the bottom of them all. The one in Lebanon oregon was great. I might give this one another chance at a later date. Hopefully things improve.

Friendly local Mexican restaurant with generally good food and an especially good veggie Burrito packed with broccoli, cauliflower, onion, green pepper, mushroom and whole beans. I especially like it with their Diablo sauce...

The guy that served us was really nice. But food ? ugh not so good.. this is food that has been reheated with no flavor. I guess they don?t use any spices or spicy chilies in there food, not real Mexican food..

I've been coming here for years. Highly recommend. The food is fantastic, and the staff here are excellent. I personally think Ixtapa is a way nicer experience than Mexico Lindo in terms of atmosphere. Great place!
