Erra's Ramen Cart - Phoenix

Cheap japanese street noodle soup. Now a popular spot but the taste has a bit diminished maybe because of the volume of customers before. They should keep up the thickness of their soups

Seriously the ramen is so good. Cheap but really taste good. Place is clean with a touch of Britney Spears collectibles I guess. You have to go here.

The ramen (tantamen) was savory. However, the siomai was a downer.

I was a regular customer of this cart. Well, it was a cart but not anymore as they’ve already moved inside the space that was at the back of the cart before the water station part. The place is actually cool. They have, I guess, a pink Britney themed interior. There are lots of hand drawn portraits of a girl, which I think is Briney. It’s also air conditioned inside so it’s pretty chill. For the menu, they have added some meals and beverages like silogs and shakes. Ramen choices are still the same but I guess the recipe had changed a bit and the noodles wasn’t cooked same as they usually was before when they’re still in cart. Price is pretty much cheaper than your regular ramen order. It is reasonable for its taste and the space.
