Kfc - Phoenix

Waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes and never got my order. mgr. never even apologized for wasting my time, I would recommend no one use this KFC, because the employees don't care about the service they're giving to their customers. The assistant manager at this location was rude..... I understand it's a Kentucky fried chicken, but the heck!

This place seems very disorganized unfortunately, I ordered some chicken nuggets today and it took over 15 minutes to get them. I went through the drive-thru they told me to pull around to the front, and I sat in my car for like 10 minutes and still didn't see anybody, so I went in and waited in the lobby for a while until somebody finally came and talked to me, and then I finally got my food. The food was decent though, just not fast.

Hot and spicy wings are killer!! I definitely get them again. Don't tell anyone, but they gave me nine. Very good!!

Chicken tastes like OLD OIL!Paid for family size cole slaw..... half a dish.

Great food and such a clean facility!Best chicken I've had in a long time.
