El Pollo Loco - Pico Rivera

I had an amazing experience! I really enjoy your food, although I've noticed that many of your locations have staff who can be a bit careless and rude. However, my visit yesterday to the Slowson/Passon location in Pico Rivera was a wonderful exception. The manager, Mr. Francisco, truly went above and beyond for all the guests. The chef even offered to prepare something special for me, and it was fantastic! Thank you!

I visited El Pollo Loco for the first time, and I had a great experience! Daniel, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the entire menu to me, showing remarkable patience while I decided what to have for lunch. I really appreciate everything he did! Thank you!

Great customer service and great food. The employee named Asher is the most sweet. He always smiles on my face. I know it's difficult to deal with the public all day, but he's always happy and polite.

Really clean. Friendly staff and great tasting chicken and tostada bowls. Open for diving, masks required, soda refills available. Open toilets for customers.

My double avocado salad was delicious even thoughthe avocado portion is tiny. I like this location because they always have the chunky mild salsa.
