I love this location especially when Heather is serving me. She is always pleasant, friendly, and accurate with my orders. There are, however, other staff that should never be in the customer service industry.
This Tim Hortons has some of the best coffee in the franchise. They are busy at most times I have been there but always have a good selection of doughnuts, cookies and muffins.
We like our coffees and Tim's is always good . Great staff and fast when your in a hurry
On Thursday, January 11th at around 7:50am, I visited the Tim Hortons in Pictou and placed an order for 12 take-out coffees and 12 muffins to be picked up at 7:50am on Friday, January 12th. The cashier took note of my order, and I even called back later that evening to confirm. However, when I arrived on Friday morning at 7:50am, the staff had no record of my order. Despite the confusion, they were able to fulfill the order within 20 minutes. I was disappointed and frustrated as I had ordered in advance due to time constraints. I expressed my concerns to the staff, who were apologetic but unable to provide a satisfactory explanation. I left feeling unsatisfied and decided to take my business elsewhere, as this was not the first time my order had been mishandled at this location. I reached out to customer support via email but have not received a response. I also called the 1-800 number and spoke to a representative who said they would escalate my complaint to the district manager, but I have yet to hear back. Due to the lack of communication and continued issues with my orders, I will be avoiding this Tim Hortons in the future. Thank you for addressing my concerns.
