Bojangles - Piedmont

I went to Bojangles today, and wow!!! The food was absolutely fantastic! It hasn't been great here lately, but today it was back to its best. The gravy was rich and delicious—not at all watery. The fryer must be well-maintained because the chicken and Cajun fries didn’t have that greasy taste. My steak biscuits were excellent; it was the first time in a while that I didn't have to tear off any dry edges. The sausage was perfectly cooked—no weird lumps at all! I'm not sure who prepared my meal, but the gravy was so creamy and smooth. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I visited Bojangles today, and WOW!!!!!! The food was absolutely fantastic! It had been disappointing lately, but today was a return to form. The seasoning was rich and flavorful—not like brown water. The fryer must be well-maintained because the food didn't have that greasy taste on the chicken or Cajun fries. My steak biscuits were really good, and for the first time in a while, I didn’t have to tear off any dry edges. The sausage was thick and satisfying, without any strange lumps. I’m not sure how you achieved such a creamy consistency, but whoever did it deserves a shoutout!

You open at 5 AM, and around 9:50, I was informed that you had no sweet tea because it wasn't made before closing. It had been nearly five hours since you opened—couldn't anything have been done? This is the best part of Bojangles!

It took almost an hour to get my order. Didn't get a receipt, it was said they had no papers. Asked for strawberry and got grapes jelly. Notes that people go to drive-thru after ordering. I saw nothing but young guys working.. Will not be back!!!

I love Bojangle's chicken, but at this point it was overcooked and dry. I asked for green beans and got rice. When I went after a disappointing meal, I noticed for the first time that the parking lot was full of garbage. Maybe I would have noticed that I had found another Bojangles place to eat before I arrived.
