Casey's - Piedmont

The website suggested that sandwiches were on the menu at this location, but unfortunately, they were missing key ingredients. The staff mentioned they had never actually made sandwiches before. They didn’t have lettuce, spinach, or tomatoes, and the bread was dry! Despite being advertised online, these sandwiches are not worth ordering. I would recommend steering clear of this place!

The restrooms are well-maintained, and there is an ice machine and an ATM available on the premises. They provide curbside pickup, but unfortunately, they do not offer delivery services. It's worth noting that this location may not be accurately listed on Google Maps or the Casey's app due to a setup issue. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. A standout feature is their availability of Unleaded 88, which contains 15% ethanol—a unique offering in Piedmont, as no other gas stations in the area provide ethanol blends.

I kindly suggested to the staff that it would be beneficial to put up a sign when the iced coffee is empty, but she just gave me an irritated look and didn't respond. To make matters worse, she actually charged me for the ice I added to my cup from the machine! After that, she answered a phone call without even offering a simple "have a nice day." As someone who works in customer service, I would never treat a customer like that.

Ordered BBQ Brisket Pizza online. When I went to pick it up they told my phone number was bad and they were out of brisket. I asked if I could get a pineapple chicken pizza and the kid said yes if they had pineapple. They didn?t. So I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. I asked how long it would be and he said 15 mins. I told him I would be waiting in my car. I parked right outside of the front door. I checked online to make sure my phone number was correct and it was. Plus, I had no missed calls. About 5 minutes after I ordered the new pizza I saw the kid walk out of the building. I thought that was strange but maybe he was getting off work. So, when it?s been 15 minutes I go back inside to pick up the pizza. The girl working the register looked back in the kitchen after i told her I was picking up a pizza. Which she was present when I placed the order and heard the entire thing. She turns back around and tells me they are out of chicken now!!! And that the guy came out to tell me. Which he didn?t do. He just walked right passed my car and i never saw him go backside inside the building. Very frustrating

When they opened they were awesome. But the standard of quality has deteriorated so fast! The soda machines and iced coffee are frequently out or not working. The hot food bar is almost always bare. The lines at the registers are almost always at a 15min wait even during non busy times. Not to mention the few times I?ve come in to hear a lady screaming at one of the workers in the back. Sad how quickly this place went down hill.
