Nick Henry's - Piedmont

I have been enjoying this place for years and I'm so glad to see they have reopened for the afternoon hours ? hopefully Google will allow this post to go through because for some reason without explanation I have several reviews stuck in pending for several months! Unfortunately this place is no longer serving breakfast but I'm happy to see they have wings now. They are good sized ones and very flavorful. Pork Chops are really good and so are the burgers, especially the large one ?

Had the sausage egg and cheese biscuit . Brother had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Best biscuits around.

Absolutely delicious! Matt is the greatest grillmaster of all time! Make sure to drop by and treat yourself to a bird dog!

The salads and sandwiches were quite good. However, the bird dog did not impress me. The menu boards were turned off, and they were using printed menus without prices, suggesting that prices may have just increased again. It was also quite noisy.

This was my first time dining at this restaurant, and we arrived just before the lunch rush. I ordered the ribeye melt, while my wife opted for the patty melt. I've always thought that a proper patty melt includes grilled onions, but this version was simply a thin, overcooked hamburger served on toast. My ribeye melt was also disappointing—a thin, overcooked piece of meat topped with a slice of American cheese that had a tough texture reminiscent of leather. For $23, even with a 20% discount on melts on Monday, I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.
