We stayed at Taj Hinjewadi for a few nights and had breakfast at the restaurant called "The Buzz." It was quite crowded, but the staff managed the situation well, keeping wait times for a table low and maintaining social distancing. The addition of the buffet items complemented the overall dining experience.
We tried the biriyani and chicken sukkha, both of which were delicious. The rice in the biriyani was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The service was excellent, with Sanket Kanojia anticipating our needs before we even asked. We were very impressed and will definitely be returning.
I'm staying in vivanta gowadi for the last three months. stay here very comfortable with friendly staff who ensure my comfort that I am almost pampered. I take my breakfast and dinner at buzz. eating here is excellent service is first class. kaviraj .s team are very efficient friendly. they know the choices of customers to make sure they get the best attention service. I will recommend this restaurant for your free time or business dinner.
The whole lot appears in Buzz brand new and bright. The dining room is well-ventilated with character of immense openness. It does have plentiful natural light and simple yet homely interiors. Each time we go to this place we believe like we have known...the staff for ages and at the same time we are pleasingly astounded as well as enchanted by each plate along with homey emotion. This is a place for foodies looking for a peaceful ambiance without the superfluities but nevertheless a world class experience. Remarkable cuisine absolutely something for everyone! Yes! It’s an all-you-can-eat buffet and the excellence of food is worth every one of the 5 stars given. The spread has selective national and international cuisine with a contemporary, cultured and unanticipated twist. For the very first time, it has happened so that before we could think of trying the main course, we were already full just with the exceptional Salads, Appetizers, Soups and the same. It was without a doubt a pleasure to taste Watermelon Feta with Arugula Lettuce followed by Avocado Toast with Balsamic Mushroom, Smoked Salmon Asparagus Stuffed Roulade, and soft and tender creamy Cocktail Prawns, The highlight of the Day was expressly prepared Laksa Soup that had a colour of a glowing sunset brilliantly flavoured with sweet coconut milk and complimenting spices. Served with soup’s defining characteristic Thin Rice Noodles and ingredients including fried minutely chopped shallots (granules , dried garlic flakes, sprouts, and explicitly finely sliced bird's eye chillies. Customarily since one cannot enjoy this sweet creamy soup without a spicy kick, it was fun adding chillies. So very superb! I extend my special thanks to Chef Dinesh and his associate Saurabh for this amazing creation that made our lunch event extraordinary. We do wish if at all we had enough room in our tummy to try Dhaniya Gosht, Murgh Adraki, Spiced Roast Chicken and Seafood Sambal Curry. And in vegetarian dishes, simple Dal Tadka that goes best with ordinary Steamed Rice, Gobhi Musallam, Peneer Khatta Pyaz and not to forget Schezwan Noodles with Tofu Panang Curry. Since Indian Sweets and Confectionery Items are always avoided due to their consequence of heaviness, calories and ‘white drug’ effect (Ha-ha! though Cheese Cake is an exception, we settled with Mango Custard and Fresh Fruits gladly. I repeat Cheese Cake with a cup of warm Cappuccino would have been excellent. We did have coffee and whatever was relished settled down brilliantly. It was undeniably an experience to be unforgotten. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Mr. Praksh, the F&B Manager, Mr. Gaurav, the Restaurant Manger, F&B Service Personnel Pawan and other service team members for their mix of experienced and affable attitude and approach and for their prompt and pleasurable service expertise, and of course the entire production team for creating perfect dishes. Let yourself be enchanted by a delicious buffet spread. Looking forward to be back to have repeated satisfying culinary experience. Kudos! (And a suggestion for the fellow diners: If and when you decide to have a Buffet, be there close to the opening so that you enjoy the freshly cooked items coming straight from the kitchen and being placed. Do short surveys first to begin with; select the tiniest portion possible to taste and test, place them on your plate gently and keep pots and serving silver neat and clean. Don’t kill appetite of fellow diners who are behind you or visiting later. And once you have tasted what all you have got, go for the real helping. Please do not waste food.
