Price This restaurant has been opened, it seems to swindle off people 's money. I have never understood why Indian restaurants are so pricey (as compared to other ethnic foods, say, for example Cuban but this one man!! These guys are the kings. I have never paid so much my entire life for a single meal. My opinion The food might be slightly better than some of the other Indian restaurants (read really crappy , but is no way demanding of the price these guys charge. They had the nerve to charge Gratuity for a group of 3 people, AND also ask for tip. Going there would mean encouraging their malpractices.
I ordered Paneer but I got extra hair along with the food. When I pointed this out to the manager, instead of apologizing for the mishap, he was arguing it never happens in his kitchen. He was behaving as though I was responsible for all of this.
This place is not worth your money. The food is not that great and they have horrible service. We waited almost an hour for a table, even with reservations and when we told them they had skipped us not even an apology was offered.
Food is mediocre at best. It all tastes the same. By the way the service is horrible. They don't honor reservations. We waited 45 minutes after our reserved time and people who arrived after were seated first. Not even an apology was offered. I'll never dine there again.
I ate at this restaurant last week and got food poisoning. I was sick for 2 days with severe pain and diarrhea. My credit card was also charged for more than the cost of the meal and tip which I signed for. When I called the restaurant I was given a run around for several days. I eventually heard from the manager after threatening to call the department of health and to file a fraud report with my credit card bank. He eventually credited back the extra charges and showed no remorse for the food poisoning from eating their food. I will be filing an official report with the department of health as well as a fraud report with my credit card company. Very poor customer service!
