Eating, presentation and service were very fast! my photos were after we started eating...can not wait to dig in

First time eating at the location. The family meal is always pretty good. Good value as well.Ordered the tacos, all very good and fresh. Service was excellent. He took his time explaining the menu items. I was impressed. We will be back.

Wow! Bad service from the manager on duty. Todays trip 3/26 at 4pm, very rude and sarcastic while my family was ordering and asking questions. This was our first time ordering from a Sabor establishment and we didn’t know the menu well, so we asked if they have hard shell tacos, the person on duty said “No, this isn’t Taco Bell”.Wow, that was so condescending and rude. Even ordering he started questioning us why would we get this order this way. What a joke! This is the kind of people who should not be in these line of work with this condescending sarcastic behavior. I’m honestly offended, and will not return at all!!! Picture below of worker!

They drew faces on the bags, my son loves it! The food was delicious. We got the family meal, good deal! $5 off family meal on Sunday

The food, while decent, isn't what it used to be and I don't believe it's worth the prices at this point. I was given the wrong order which they remade for me. Another person I was with found hair in their food which they also remade. 1 stars for the customer service but I won't be back any time soon.
