Sbarro - Pineville

This was my second visit, and once again, it was a fantastic experience. Manager John, who served me both times, was attentive and genuinely connected with his customers, recalling their regular names. The atmosphere was wonderful, and it was clear that he truly cares for each guest. I will definitely make this my go-to lunch spot whenever I'm working in the area.

I just came in to get some apple juice, and I'm really disappointed! This is just outrageous! I'll never come back!

What really made us uncomfortable was witnessing one of the employees handling shredded cheese with his bare hands—no gloves! Then, the same person went on to cut pizza without wearing gloves and even touched the crust. You would think they’d prioritize hygiene, especially to avoid breaching sanitary protocols and reduce the risk of Covid exposure. We will definitely not be returning! I highly recommend avoiding this place if you want to steer clear of potential food poisoning.

Food is good, but the service sucks. The lady burned my Stromboli and didn't put the sauce on the side as I asked. Then made an rude comment. The guys are rude too

I love this place but I am giving them 2 stars because of a GrubHub issue. I earned a perk discount with them after spending $100 and when I tried to use that perk that I earned the store rejected my order every time or said they didn't receive it. This happened 3 times. I reported them to GrubHub. They have awesome strombolis and pizza, so definitely try if you are there. Just don't order because of a perk because they will cancel on you every time.
