Kfc - Piney Flats

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I ordered an 8-piece breast meat only, and the manager took my order at the drive-thru. I waited over 15 minutes for freshly cooked chicken, but when I finally received my meal, it was a bucket full of spoiled chicken. I paid $45 for this and not only am I furious, but I will be contacting the health department first thing on Monday morning. I visited on Friday, October 13, 2023, and while the potpie and sides were great, that chicken was unacceptable. You're putting people's health at risk with food poisoning! What is wrong with you? In this economy, treating customers this way is shameful. Someone needs to make this right, and it shouldn't be the same people who served me that contaminated food.

This is a great KFC! The restaurant is clean and well-staffed. They prepare the chicken livers to order, so there's a short wait, but it's definitely worth it. The food is fresh and excellent; the chicken livers are even better than steak and fried oysters! I highly recommend dining in. Overall, I’d rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5!
