I ordered two western burgers on the app, 2 for $10. Manager susana said they didnt get any order from the app and cant help me.I even showed them the order on my phone a few times. They didnt bother to help at all. Payed $11 for nothing. ITS THE PRINCIPAL.Just talk to headquarters is all i got. Reached out to them few times amd still no response.Worst service i ever got. I will keep calling and talk to other local managers. I refuse to let this go unacknowelged.

Great customer service with a smile ??. Hot fresh food made to order. Got seven spicy Western bacon cheeseburgers for my brothers and they were absolutely Freakin Tastee!!!!

Don’t eat here ! You would think if you just spent 20 dollars on a meal they would of served hot fries. Not ones that were just sitting in the bin with a hot lamp on them. And while they where waiting for sandwich to be made. Yeah that’s what they did alright. The burger was double. i said i will not be coming back thats it for me.

Carl's Juniors is Dairy Queen inside large place haven't eaten at Carl's Juniors for twice but it was really clean and I enjoyed

Haven't been there since 2022, but the food hasn't changed. Good hamburgers and chicken
