Absolutely wonderful place with good neighbors to boot!
F and I were hankering for some outdoor drinks. I especially wanted to be tasting Bourbon. Hewn opened at 4pm on Friday. It was an exceptionally lovely evening as the sun started to set. The distillery is in an industrial park but it is still a green and comfortable spot. On the night we were there, a pizza food truck served up really good flat bread pizza. There was also a guitarist. I guess my only negative was, I wish they had more inventive cocktails. But I did enjoy the peach tea and Bourbon drink (I did have 2). Another plus, if you aren't into spirits, Buck's County Brewery is right next door for some beer choices.
Food trucks, music, tasty cocktails and beer in a picnic style environment on summer nights what more can you want?
