Panera Bread - Pittman

Be careful when choose option to add avocado to your salat. You will pay $1.70 for that but will get maybe 3 small cubes.Ripp off!

I would never go out of my way to write a bad review, but this location of Panera has been the worst experience ever. The manager was so rude and had no intentions to help her customers and to provide a good service. The worst manager ever!!!!

2-29-2024 I have no idea what happened but this Panera Bread was out of bread bowls or baguettes that go with the soup!They refused to substitute a bread on the side without charging me extra. I paid $32 for 2 soups, one sandwich and 2 half slices of bread that they didn't even wrap and charged me extra for.$32 without drinks.I could have gone to a far nicer establishment for that price!This is not how to run a business.

Two people with messed up orders trying to get a rude manager to assist them. Stacks of brown boxes create an ugly environment. Only 3 types of bagels available at 10:30 in the morning. Every open table was dirty af. When the kitchen staff handed me my order, the top half of the bagel fell into her meal prep area, she just picked it up and put it back on the sandwich. If this place didn’t make good bread idk how they’d stay in business.

We ordered a chicken green goddess caprese melt. To- go.Discovered after we left, and having waited 20 minutes to get our order, that our order was wrong.Sandwich had no chicken, no avocado. And the sandwich had been under the melter too long so the cheese if there was some, was melted off. The sandwich was awful. And it was too much trouble and too much time to turn around, go back and have it made over. Waste of money, for a lousy sandwich.
