Chipotle - Pittsburgh

This is the worst Chipotle Ive had. ICE cold, rice not cooked, I saw a few pieces of corn but couldnt taste the corn salsa. I shouldve read the reviews before ordering. I didnt want to give any stars but I had to give 1!

The food was served cold, the chips were stale and of low quality. I felt like I wasted my money and time at this restaurant.

I ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl and they forgot to add the vegetables. The guacamole was a strange gray/brown color and had unexpected hard pieces in it. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

1 star for employees Emily S say the n* word. Usually this location is on the ball, but I went on Friday to dinner time and everything was still at the stand. They were made of Fajitas, brown rice and other things. Nobody's ringing people. Like 10 mobile pick-up customers waited and nobody made their order. One person made the other orders, but they were slowly af and no one to ring again. Staff running around do nothing or refill napkin holders .
