Subway - Pittsfield

Sheila and Caleb were excellent! They prepared fantastic sandwiches, and we enjoyed a lovely conversation while they worked. Everything was delicious!

They prepared my sandwich exactly how I wanted it, quickly, just what you expect from a Subway.

The food is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff members are rude and unwelcoming. If I could give this place zero stars or even negative stars, I would. I used to love Subway, but this experience has tarnished it for me. They really need to hire new employees who take pride in their work and care about the quality of the products and customer service. Nobody has forced them to work here, so if they are unhappy, they should find a job that suits them better. It’s unacceptable for them to take out their frustrations on customers.

Very rude manager it seemed, he was the half bald one chubbie and short. I was verbally harrased and made fun of by him. Would not recommend. The two lady’s in the front very nice but the manager was awfully rude and impolite would recommend replacing him.

Young lady who waited on me was very nice. The subs she made us were so well put together. Not all sloppy.
