Mr. Pickle's - Placerville

Forget about the mediocre sandwiches you can find elsewhere; if you're looking for a genuine sandwich loaded with meat and crisp vegetables, this is the spot! With every order, you receive a freshly baked biscuit, and their iced tea is delicious if you're in the mood for a drink. I also appreciate that they’re available on DoorDash, making it easy for me to plan ahead and quickly choose a sandwich. My favorite is the hot T sandwich, which features turkey, cranberry sauce, and baja sauce on a Dutch knirschen roll.

I absolutely love Mr. Pickles Sandwiches! This location is especially fantastic because it has a drive-thru. Who doesn’t enjoy grabbing sandwiches without having to take the kids out of the car? The staff here is incredibly friendly and quick. There's also a lovely terrace with tables for outdoor dining. Additionally, they provide both takeout and delivery options.

Sandwiches are great and the staff is friendly. I enjoy the drive-thru option with this location a lot. Great for a good meal on the go.

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is just as great. You definitely need to try the Reuben sandwich or the tri-tip. The only downside is that it closes earlier than other restaurants, so make sure to arrive early!
