Mcdonald's - Plain Township

I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese bagel at 10:04, and received it at 10:14. Unfortunately, the bagel had no sauce on it, so I brought it back to the register. Despite receiving no apologies, they took my bagel and promised to bring it back with sauce. However, I am still waiting at 10:31. I decided to ask for a refund, which they gave me politely along with two additional bagel sandwiches as a gesture of goodwill. Despite being busy, the bagel sandwiches they gave me also had no sauce on them.

Similar to other McDonald's locations, customers, especially seniors, often have to wait in line to place their orders as many of us prefer to order in person rather than use the automated system. The staff seems to focus primarily on the Drive Thru, which can result in slower service for those dining inside the restaurant.

The food at this restaurant was cold and stale. The triple cheeseburger I ordered was overcooked under the heat lamps, making the bun hard. The 4 pieces of chicken nuggets were dried out and mostly breading. It was a total letdown and I do not plan on returning anytime soon.

I ordered a large coke zero, shamrock mcflurry, m m mcflurry. 3 simple items that machines do and let it be known that I looked at the drive-thru screen and everything was correct. When I got home I realized I received a large coke, oreo mcflurry, m m flurry. I paid cash but God I wish I paid CC because I want a full refund! Extremely disappointed I will never come back!!!!!!!

Eat at McDonald's all the time this has to be the most filthiest McDonald's I have ever seen people having drinks behind the counter and putting it by bags of food that are going through the drive-thru. Waited 45 minutes for some nasty
