Dunkin' - Plainfield

Drive-thru mumbles, Walk-in loses track of mobile orders.I only go to this location about once a month, and they've incorrectly made the orders 3 straight times.

First Dunkin ever to charge for an ice water. Never been charged at any other dunkin for an ice water except here. Wow. That’s messed up.

Can't go wrong here... I got a drink I saw on tik tok the blue raspberry jolly rancher !!! Yum!

Coffee was the worst I've ever had. I ordered an Iced Coffee and it tasted like dirty water. I've been coming here for a while and stopped coming a while ago becuase of food... I wont be back. It wasn't even worth trying to save.

Ordered. Waited 45 minutes. Finally realized others were ordering, getting their food, and leaving. The order was lost or never placed. I asked twice about it. Finally got the owners attention.
