Dunkin' - Plattsburgh

I really enjoy the Decaf ice cream at this restaurant, but I wish the prices were a bit lower.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered food and sent someone to pick it up, but when I got home, my order was half wrong. When I called to complain about the missing toppings on my bagel, the girl I spoke to rudely informed me that I would need to bring back the bagel in order to get my money back. Having to return a bagel 11 hours later for a refund was unacceptable to me. I will not be returning to this place. It was a disappointing experience.

The experience was disappointing as everything we ordered, from the bissiger speck to the roasted bagel, was served cold. Even the donut we had for dessert was stale. Thankfully, I had a gift certificate so at least it wasn't my own money wasted.

My ash-browns have never been ordered, so I had to go in to get them. no big thing, it's happening.

Good service. Standard fast food fare, I suppose, but they were able to serve me a non-dairy latte and a muffin.
