Lomeli's - Plattsburgh

I can't recommend Lomeli's enough! They serve all your favorite Mexican dishes, prepared using authentic grandma recipes that give them a genuine touch. The flavors are incredible, the portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is laid-back, primarily focused on take-out, but there are seats available if you prefer to dine in and relax.

**2017**: The staff was not friendly at all. While I was looking at a magazine, a staff member unexpectedly approached me and rudely told me not to touch it.

I visited the restaurant the other day to give it a try. I ordered the Asada Enchiladas with rice and beans, and it was absolutely delicious. The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and took the time to explain what asada is, which I appreciated! The interior design is also enjoyable. Overall, it’s a fantastic place, and I look forward to coming back!

The food is really great. One of the most authentic mexican taste in the city. Definitely recommend.

Good food but seating options are limited. You order ahead and they have seating in the restaurant, no table service. If you want beer, stop by Express Lane first or run over while you wait for your order. Our kids enjoyed writing on the tabletop with the chalk hey leave on the tables.Smooth guacamole is really smooth, like sour cream smooth. The chunky guac is chunky and full of avocado, tomato, cilantro, lime and onion. Taco sauce is on the mild side and the salsa is sweet.
