Boston Market - Pleasant Hill

The food was delicious, and the customers were really friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Unfortunately I craved it so much that when I finally had some food from here, it was ok. Nothing like years before and the Coke machine didn't work well and tasted like soda water and the Sprite didn't taste right.

Although there appeared to be 1 person working in the store, the service was quick and the employee very courteous.

The restaurant is very disorganized and lacks customer service. Customers are waiting in line for over an hour and a half just to pick up their Thanksgiving orders.

I ordered a chicken club sandwich, but the brioche bun was stale and hard on one side. They also don't offer ketchup. The counter staff were polite, but it seems like they don't have much lunch business. It's a shame because I used to really enjoy this place.
