Sockeye salmon wasn't fresh at all. Melted and tasteful old.

My only complaint was that the experience was too fast! We were in and out with app, drinks and dinner in one hour; would like to have felt less. The staff was great

Hands down one of the top restaurants in Wisconsin, maybe the country. I traveled in detail) Service was impeccable. Family style sampling most menu, delicious! Burger was excellent, chocolate desert, perfect! Bone marrow not the way I prefer it, but still good. If we're in a 30 metre radius, we'll stop.
