Contribuisci feedbackThe salad was terrible. Completely wilted and old lettuce. Lack of dressing. The chicken crispers were good. Queso was horrible. Half way through our meal it started smelling of vomit. No music even playing so you could basically hear everything everyone inthe restaurant said. Our waitress was great!
The steak in the fajitas resembled grey dog food and the shrimp were very small. Despite being in a large party, we only had one staff member serving us which led to mistakes in our orders and late food arrivals for some in our group. The restaurant seemed seriously mismanaged. Thankfully, it was conveniently located near our hotel.
I am giving 4 stars primarily because the food was somewhat underwhelming, but our server Jen was exceptionally pleasant, 5/5. Although my favorite item was no longer available on the menu, she went out of her way to provide me with a similar option without me having to request it. She truly exceeded our expectations. I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding customer service.
Just placed an order of the buffalo chicken on a salad and a Ribeye for my husband. The order was ready really fast and we thought that was strange. When we got home his steak is totally raw We ordered at 2:02 and order was ready at 2:12 Salad wasfine. Raw medium cooked steak Didn?t Feel like going all the way back so threw it in the air fryer.
If I could give half a star, I would. I called ahead and placed my order, and there was no line when I went to pick up. However, when I arrived, no one greeted me. Despite about 4-5 employees seeing me, no one said anything. Two employees walked past me without acknowledging me. After waiting for about 10-15 minutes, I finally walked to the kitchen door and had to yell for someone to cash me out. The person who cashed me out seemed annoyed and huffed and puffed the whole time. This was the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant. The girl didn't even bother to look at me while she cashed me out, claiming she was busy with other tasks. I have worked in the food industry for a long time, and because of this experience, we will not be returning. Perhaps having a bell at the counter for pick-ups would be helpful.
