Hy-vee Grocery Store - Plymouth

Very disappointed in this Hy-Vee location. have sat here with my sister who lives in the opposite. she was only there twice. I asked her why she didn't buy there, because the Hy-Vee stores in brooklyn park and robbinsdale are very nice. she told me (in her words, the place is dirty.) yes. she is right. dirty floors, people behind the food dish, regale an unorganized chaos. Just dirty. I'm not coming back to the Plymouth location. a great disappointment.

I stopped in today to get the Wow Wednesday deal for Roma pizza. I got their at 9 am to be sure they would not be out. But guess what? They didn't have any! The clerk said the truck didn't come in yet and they didn't know when it would. I asked if there was a substitution but was told on one day deal there are NO substitutions or rain checks and I was just out of luck. That doesn't seem like good customer service to me. On non sale items Hy-Vee seems to be very expensive, I happen to notice that a box of their store brand saltine crackers was 2.68. I was at Target yesterday and bought a box of their store brand saltine crackers for .99 and it was not a sale price.

This location has an extensive Meat Department, and Seafood selection! The availability of such a variety of Grill Ready items in one location is a major factor for me! Staff was both helpful, and efficient. This store was busy, but we 'll staffed. This allowed for a pleasant shopping experience. We were shopping as a group, and were able to find a nice variety of items for our Cookout . Traveling as often as I do, and cooking on the the Grill in Hotel Parking Lots multiple times per week can be a challenge! Locations as nice as this make things much better!

Fabulous!! It's a well stocked market with brands we all know in every department, fresh produce too. It's great to have this in our neighborhood. Go there.

I shop here regularly and have to give them a shout out for their excellent customer service being a lower cost local and convenient grocery store
